DAHU 2022 is a discontinued, highly limited cuvée - only 2,600 bottles produced that year - built on an unusual blend of Syrah and Tannat. It was a collaboration wine between Julien Pilon of Northern Rhone and Simon Forgues from Jurancon, blending their grapes together.

What makes this vintage stand out is its contrast rather than its balance. It is not designed to be easy or immediately generous — instead, it moves between restrained Rhône elegance and a firmer, more New World-style structure from Tannat. The result is a wine with tension, depth, and a slightly uncompromising structure, now made even more interesting by the fact that it is no longer produced — a snapshot of a stylistic experiment that existed for a very short window.
