Traditionally, Tannat wines are highly structured and age-worthy, often needing years to soften. This is one of the highest tannins in the world that you can find. If we can use anything of Ray Bradbury to express ourselves on this wine, we’d say:

‘Jump, and you will find out how to unfold your wings as you fall.’
