I first found it living on Lake Garda, and at first I didn’t want to try it — yet the Cabernet Franc, tucked away in the Northern Italian mountains, pulled me in with its quiet confidence. Perfect for slow dinners with wild game ragout, roast duck, or a rich stew - and, of course, anything with polenta.
