11% alcohol. Super cold. Super light, ‘green apple’ on the nose. You will never get anything like this apart from this mountain region! You barely feel this wine — which is exactly the point. Made from 100% Jacquère, a crisp alpine grape that tastes like white currants, mountain air, and the first five minutes of not caring anymore.

Pair it with anything that has 'crispy' fat (like Diot sausage, or spring rolls!) or cheese that you'd never eat otherwise (Reblochon, I'm speaking about you here).
