The wines from our Poblenou walk hosted with Dinner Society, poured in the same order, each tied to a moment along the route.

A Müller Thurgau from Alto Adige / Trentino region opens the sequence — lifted, mineral, shaped by altitude — alongside the early industrial layers of the district. Then the narrative shifts toward the Pyrenees, and the tensions of 1908 — strikes, conscription — with Gamma Alchimia white blend of 2019, a wine that carries a certain energy, slightly untamed, unexpected blend of Malvazija, Marsanne and Grenache.

It closes in the south of France, with a biodynamic red built on Counoise and Terret Noir — varieties now finding new expression through more sustainable approaches, echoing the quiet transformation of Poblenou itself.

AND - a surprise wine from the same winemaker that made the Gamma Alchimia 2019 blend, based out of Languedoc region.
